A focused performance pass on the images used across our early-access and marketing pages. Header and banner photos now ship in a modern, far more compact format (with an automatic fallback for any older browser that needs it), cutting those images down by roughly 90% with no visible loss in quality. Banner images further down a page are also no longer downloaded until they actually scroll into view. Pages with these images now finish loading noticeably faster, especially on mobile connections. No customer action is required.

Large banner images further down a page are no longer downloaded until they actually scroll into view, so the page above them is ready to use sooner.
