A niche the market never solved
For years, drivers across Japan have been losing visibility, mileage, and compliance — quietly. We close that gap.
6–8wk
billing delay
¥0

100%
ETC service enrolled
6–8 week credit-card billing delay
Drivers are blind to their own driving until weeks after the trip — every month.
Improperly registered ETC units
Many ETC units installed at Autobacs, Yellow Hat, dealerships, or other shops aren't properly registered — they don't match the shaken record, blocking ETC Usage Inquiry Service enrollment entirely.
ETC mileage is opt-in, not automatic
Even many Japanese drivers never register — quietly losing rewards they're fully entitled to.
Lack of English-language tooling
Foreign residents have almost no reliable English-language toll management tools to choose from.
Manual aggregation for fleets
Fleets and frequent business travelers waste enormous hours every month chasing data manually.
Free model reaches everyone
Permanent-free weekly reports make awareness universally accessible across Japan.
The Success We're Bringing to Japan
- A Japan where every driver sees their own driving — every single week
- 100% ETC mileage reward capture — zero benefits left on the table
- Stronger NEXCO compliance via certified ETC setup + ETC Usage Inquiry Service enrollment education
- Automated expense workflows that give businesses and fleets their time back
- Equal-quality service in both English and Japanese, side by side
- Responsible AI + human verification, normalized as the standard for Japan

Our background
Built from real Japan ETC operating experience
Japan Toll Receipts was developed from practical experience supporting ETC card users in Japan. Through JapanETCcard.com and related customer workflows, we have seen how difficult it can be for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to collect, organize, and review ETC usage records every month. JTR was created to reduce that daily administrative burden by combining official-source document retrieval, bilingual report delivery, and AI-assisted review tools.
Our long-term focus
Our long-term focus
Our goal is to build a reliable, independent ETC usage reporting service for people and organizations that need clearer toll-road records in Japan. We focus on reliability, careful wording, bilingual support, document traceability, and practical workflow automation before adding unnecessary complexity.
