Our Mission & Why We Exist

Built for everyone driving in Japan.

We exist so that everyone who drives in Japan can clearly see and understand their own toll usage — individual Japanese drivers, families, businesses and fleets, government organizations, and the international community alike.

Our Mission

Automate the work of collecting, organizing, and delivering ETC toll records — so drivers never have to log in and tally trips by hand, and can see their own driving accurately, on time.

Why We Were Created

After supporting ETC customers in Japan since 2013, we kept seeing the same problems: usage that was hard to see, manual tallying, and a language barrier. Japan Toll Receipts was created to solve them.

Our Service Philosophy

Bring the best customer service possible, with genuine care. A real person on our team replies — in Japanese or English — and we earn your trust one interaction at a time.

Independent Records & Reporting Service

Japan Toll Receipts is an independently operated report-creation and delivery service. We are not NEXCO, the ETC Usage Inquiry Service (MEISAI), or a toll-road operator, and we do not bill or collect tolls. Our role is to organize and deliver the ETC usage data you authorize — nothing more.
