2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used only for: providing ETC toll usage report retrieval, organization, and email delivery services; account management and authentication; service improvement and technical problem resolution; sending service-related notifications.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share necessary information only with Stripe for payment processing. We do not disclose customer information to third parties except as required by law.
4. Data Storage and Security
Passwords are processed with advanced encryption. Sensitive information is stored securely following industry security standards. ETC card numbers are masked in the dashboard. All communication is encrypted.

Japan Toll Receipts operates a single official domain — japantollreceipts.jp. Japanese pages are served at japantollreceipts.jp; English pages are served at japantollreceipts.jp/en/. You can switch the display language at any time using the in-page toggle, and your display language does not affect what language your reports are emailed in (email language is managed separately from your settings page). For all questions, our single official support address is support@japantollreceipts.jp — the mailbox handles both English and Japanese, and we reply in the language you wrote in. Any website or email claiming to be Japan Toll Receipts on a domain other than japantollreceipts.jp should be treated as suspicious.
