Security & Safety
Your data safety and operational transparency are our top priority. This page covers our security posture, encryption, account controls, and how we protect you from ETC-related impersonation.
Section 01
How we protect your data
Eight foundational principles that govern how we hold customer data — covering both technical controls and operational policy.
Customer Consent
Our service only supports report retrieval and delivery with explicit customer consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by pausing or deactivating your account.
Data Protection
Sensitive information is stored securely using industry-leading encryption technology. All communication is encrypted.
ETC Card Number Masking
In the dashboard and reports, ETC card numbers show only the last 4 digits with the rest masked (e.g., ****-****-****-1234).
No Toll Payment Collection
We never collect toll payments, unpaid toll charges, or send urgent payment demands. The ¥300/month is a service fee for report automation only.
Information We Never Request
We never ask for: toll payments, credit card numbers for tolls, 3D Secure codes, bank login credentials, or My Number.
System Security
Passwords are protected with industry-leading encryption. Login attempt limits prevent unauthorized access.
Account Deletion
Customers can request account deactivation at any time. For complete data deletion, contact support@japantollreceipts.jp.
Support Contact
For security questions, contact support@japantollreceipts.jp. Official emails are sent from @japantollreceipts.jp only.
Section 02
