Japan Toll Receipts is an independent report automation service. It is NOT affiliated with the official ETC usage inquiry service, NEXCO, or any other toll road operator.
1. Independent Service
Japan Toll Receipts is an independent report automation service that supports ETC toll usage report retrieval, organization, and email delivery. It is not affiliated with the official ETC usage inquiry service, NEXCO, East/Central/West Nippon Expressway Companies, Metropolitan Expressway, Hanshin Expressway, Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway, or any other toll road operator.
2. Toll Payments
The Service does not collect toll payments, unpaid toll charges, or process toll payment transactions. The ¥300/month Daily Plus (Premium Plan) is a service fee for report automation only. ETC toll charges are billed separately through the customer's registered payment provider.
3. Information Accuracy
The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from the official ETC system. Report information is based on data provided by the official system.
4. Setup Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of ETC card, onboard unit, and vehicle information, and for being authorized to access the related usage records. The Service does not independently verify shaken data, vehicle ownership, or official ETC setup status. If information does not match the official system, registration or report automation may not work.
5. Service Availability
The Service does not guarantee continuous 24/7 operation. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or changes to the official ETC system.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service uses Stripe for payment processing. Use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's terms of service. The Service is not responsible for the operation of third-party services.
8. Our Official Domain (japantollreceipts.jp)
The Service operates a single official domain — japantollreceipts.jp. Japanese pages are served at japantollreceipts.jp; English pages are served at japantollreceipts.jp/en/. For all questions, our single official support address is support@japantollreceipts.jp — the mailbox handles both English and Japanese, and we reply in the language you wrote in. The in-page language toggle works on every page. Any website claiming to be Japan Toll Receipts on a domain other than japantollreceipts.jp is unrelated to this Service.
