Government & Public-Sector · plate-family-aware oversight

List every registered plate category, with chain-of-custody auditing.

Ordinary, commercial, kei, rental, and official vehicles — each plate category is identified separately, so cards never get confused across categories. ETC activity outside the list surfaces as "possible mismatch · needs review", never auto-blocked, never "confirmed fraud".

How it starts

Upload your registered vehicle list once.

Each entry carries the plate family identifier (ordinary / commercial / kei / rental / official / civilian), the last-4 of the plate, and the assigned vehicle class. No real plates or official seals are used in our marketing material.

What JTR does

Every ETC row gets cross-checked against the registry.

JTR validates the full plate identity — not just last-4 digits — so a official ‧4419 will never be confused with a civilian ‧4419. Cross-family matches are flagged for human review, never auto-resolved. Recent manager exceptions are factored in automatically.

What the reviewer sees

Full context: route, vehicle, typical pattern, recommended action.

When an event surfaces, the reviewer sees the route, the cards involved, the typical usage pattern for that vehicle, and any prior approvals — with wording that stays "possible mismatch" / "needs review". The decision (approve / needs review / escalate / log policy violation) is captured to the review log.
