We don't believe in 'send and apologize later.' One mismatched number, one language leak, one broken footer link — every one of those triggers a quarantine. The customer never sees the broken email; we get a flag, fix the upstream cause, and the report tries again.
What gets checked, per email
- MEISAI's CSV decodes cleanly and contains every required column header
- Trip count in the email summary matches the CSV row count exactly
- Each row's pre-discount + discount = final paid toll (yen-perfect math)
- Total tolls, total discounts, and total paid all reconcile against the CSV
- The MEISAI usage certificate PDF and detail PDF are present and intact
- Customer name + ID + card last-8 visible exactly once in the right places
- No mixed-language content, no brand-impersonation strings
- Logo links to the production site so accounting can verify provenance

Japan Toll Receipts operates as your authorized assistant — nothing more. We have no affiliation with NEXCO or the ETC Usage Inquiry Service. We never position ourselves as an official service or as a payment collector.

The customer remains the MEISAI account holder. We assist; we do not impersonate.

Personal data is processed only for the disclosed purpose. You can disconnect or delete at any time.
