All prices displayed in Japanese Yen (¥). Service fees are for report automation only and are not toll payments. Tax handling will be clarified after accounting review.
4. Additional Fees
- ▸ Internet access, email receiving costs, mobile data charges, and other communication fees are the customer's responsibility.
- ▸ If payment processor fees are passed to the customer, they will be disclosed here before billing is enabled.

All payments are processed in Japanese Yen through Stripe Japan. No paid billing applies during your 1-year premium free trial.
6. Payment Timing
▸ Monthly plan: Charged monthly when paid billing is active.
▸ Annual plan: Charged once at purchase, then annually if renewal is enabled.
▸ Early Access 5-Year Pass: Charged once at purchase for 5 years of access.
▸ Free plan: No payment required.
7. Service Delivery Timing
Access to account setup and report scheduling is available after account registration and email verification. Report delivery depends on MEISAI setup status, customer authorization, schedule settings, system availability, and MEISAI availability.
8. Trial Period
A 1-year Daily Plus trial may be offered. No credit card is required to begin the trial unless otherwise stated. If no paid plan is selected after the trial, the account switches to Free Weekly. If no payment method is provided, the customer will not be automatically charged after the trial.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Daily Plus Monthly
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals. Access may continue through the current paid billing period.
Daily Plus Annual
Billed once per year. It is not a monthly subscription. Unless otherwise required by law or separately approved by Japan Toll Receipts, annual payments are not refundable for mid-term cancellation.
Early Access 5-Year Pass
One-time payment for 5 years of Daily Plus access. It is not a lifetime plan and does not provide permanent access. Unless otherwise required by law or separately approved by Japan Toll Receipts, 5-Year Pass payments are not refundable for mid-term cancellation.
Refunds
Digital service fees are generally non-refundable after the service period begins, except where required by law. If duplicate payment, billing error, or system-caused issue occurs, customer may contact support for review.
10. Operating Environment
Customer needs internet access, email access, and an active browser. MEISAI-related features may require access to the official MEISAI website and customer authorization.
11. Return & Refund Policy
Because this is a digital service, physical returns do not apply.
Japan Toll Receipts provides a 1-year premium free trial so customers can confirm the service meets their needs before choosing a paid plan. No credit card is required during the trial.
Daily Plus Monthly can be cancelled anytime. Cancelling stops future monthly renewals. Partial-month refunds are not normally provided unless required by law, caused by a billing error, or separately approved by Japan Toll Receipts.
Daily Plus Annual and Early Access 5-Year Pass are prepaid term plans. Mid-term refunds are not normally provided simply because the customer changes their mind, leaves Japan, stops driving, no longer needs the service, or is unhappy after the trial period.
However, if Japan Toll Receipts permanently stops offering the core paid Daily Plus service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, customers with unused paid time may be eligible for a fair pro-rated account credit or refund for unused full months remaining.

Japan Toll Receipts is not NEXCO and is not the official MEISAI website.
Customer must only connect MEISAI accounts, ETC cards, and vehicle information they are authorized to use.
Live report data follows pass-through delivery handling and is not permanently stored as detailed toll history on the dashboard.
