ETC Mileage registration & login troubleshooting reference

An independent neutral reference for users who cannot register, cannot log in, or have forgotten their password on the ETC Mileage Service — covering self-serve checks before contacting the service office.

Short answer

For ETC Mileage Service login or registration issues, first identify which item you have forgotten (user ID / password / email / OBU management number / ETC card number) and try the "User ID lookup" / "Reset password" links on the login page. If self-serve recovery fails, contact the ETC Mileage Service office. Japan Toll Receipts cannot recover or re-issue accounts on the ETC Mileage Service or the MEISAI Inquiry Service.

Does JTR replace the ETC Mileage Service?

No. The ETC Mileage Service is the official scheme that awards points based on toll usage with each expressway operator. JTR does not award, calculate, or exchange mileage points. JTR is an independent service that organises records from a MEISAI-registered account into daily PDF + CSV + email delivery; the two services serve different roles and can be used in parallel.

When JTR helps

When your ETC Mileage account is restored and you want to organise daily toll records for reimbursement or internal review.

This is an independent reference and does not replace official ETC Mileage Service guidance or its support office. JTR has no capital, business, official-app, certified-partner, or data-integration relationship with the ETC Mileage Service office, the MEISAI Inquiry Service office, expressway operators, ETC card issuers, OBU manufacturers, the National Tax Agency, or any licensed tax advisor. Account recovery, password reset, and reactivation of closed accounts must be handled through the ETC Mileage Service's official channels.
