ETC statement not showing & historical-records lookup
An independent neutral troubleshooting reference for cases where the MEISAI Inquiry Service shows no ETC records, plus how to handle records older than the ~15-month window or the 62-day corporate-card window.
Short answer
Common reasons include reflection-timing delays, the wrong login account, OBU-management-number registration state, post-re-setup propagation, or the 15-month / 62-day retention limits. Check search conditions, period, target card, and target vehicle first; contact the MEISAI Inquiry Service office if the issue persists. JTR does not resolve display problems but organises a MEISAI-registered account's records into daily PDF + CSV for your own long-term storage.
Checks when records are not showing
- Verify the search period includes the trip date (default views often show only a recent window).
- Clear card / vehicle filters and re-search.
- Confirm the login ID is the one that registered the ETC card. Records may be on another ID.
- Records may take time to reflect (typically same-day to a few days; longer over holidays).
- After a re-setup, allow propagation time for new vehicle / OBU info.
- Confirm you are within retention (15 months / 62 days). Records beyond that must be in your own storage.
- Cash-lane / non-ETC trips are not recorded on the MEISAI Inquiry Service.
Records beyond the 15-month / 62-day window
- Records beyond the windows are generally not retrievable from MEISAI.
- Download PDFs / CSVs early and store them yourself.
- As alternative documentation, combine card-issuer statements, internal reimbursement records, and journal entries.
- For e-Storage Act retention requirements, see the dedicated guide.
